I visited Harare Train Station with my good friend Ralph sometime back. We occasionally go out into the streets and other places, to do some street photography. This time it was the station. Rail is not very popular as a travel mode for passengers and a lot of the “born free generation” like myself have no idea what it feels like to travel using this mode of transport. I have vague memories of traveling on a train, from Bulawayo to Victoria falls. I found it quite interesting that there still is an intercity passenger train. It doesn’t travel as frequent but it exists. I’m tempted to try this sometime. Should make for a great adventure!
